In the academic year 2026-2027, the school will be accepting applications for students for Kindergarten, Elementary (1 to 4), Middle School (5 to 8), and High School (9 to 11).

Children enrolling in KG1 must be four years old on or before August 31st. Similarly, children enrolling in KG2 must be five years old on or before August 31st.

How to Apply

The admissions assessment is essential for proper student placement and instructional program planning. Therefore, our assessment process is designed to provide as much information as possible on incoming students’ capacities. The assessment data will inform classroom lesson planning and identify the need for intervention or additional student support.

The following documents are required upon admission:

  • Passport size photographs
  • A copy of the applicant’s passport and visa page for non-UAE citizens
  • A copy of the father’s passport and visa page for non-UAE citizens
  • A copy of the applicant’s National ID

Please note that according to ADEK’s regulations, an applicant without a UAE national ID will not be accepted in the school.

  • A copy of the parents’ national ID
  • A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
  • A copy of the applicant’s vaccination card
  • A copy of the complete family book (for UAE nationals only)
  • A copy of the final report card or the most recent report if not available at the time of admission
  • An official, attested transfer certificate if the student is transferring from a public school within Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, or if transferring from any school in other emirates

**Please note that any student coming from outside UAE should present an equivalency of his certification (refer to Ministry of Education).

Entry Requirements

The following age criteria apply to new admissions for students who are not enrolled in the Academic Year 2025–2026 in any school or nursery (private or public) in the UAE.

KG1 Age Requirement
KG1 Minimum age of 4 years by 31 December 2026
KG2 Minimum age of 5 years by 31 December 2026
Grade 1 Minimum age of 6 years by 31 December 2026
GRADE 2 & above Admission is based on successful completion of the previous academic year or grade. Age is not a determining criterion.

Kindly note the following points:

  • 5% of tuition fees: Non-refundable registration fee for new students and this will be deducted from the tuition fees.
  • 5% of tution fees: Non-refundable re-registration fee paid during Feb and March from each academic year and this will be deducted from the tuition fee for the forth coming academic year.
  • First Installment is 33% of school tuition fees in addition to books to be paid between August 20 and September 12, 2026.
  • Second Installment is 33% of school tuition fees to be paid between December 1 and 12, 2026.
  • Third Installment is 29% of school tuition fees to be paid between February 2 and 13, 2027.
  • 4037 AED Transportation fees inside AI Ain City.
  • 4800 AED Transprotation fees outside  AI Ain City.

Note:

  • The Fees mentioned above will NOT be subjected to any discount.
  • Vat 5% will be added on the school Uniform fees.
